1on1Pay is a secure payment portal designed to make client payments simple, transparent, and convenient.

Instead of complicated billing systems, clients can securely log in using their reference number and password provided by their organization. From there, they can view their payment schedule, outstanding balance, and make payments easily. The platform allows organizations to manage client payment schedules while giving clients a simple dashboard to stay up to date with their payments.

How It Works

Enter Organization ID

Clients begin by entering the organization ID provided by their organization.

Confirm Organization

The system confirms the organization before continuing to ensure correct recipient.

Login Securely

Clients log in using their reference number and password issued by the organization.

View Payment Dashboard

Clients immediately see:

  • Scheduled payment amount
  • Current outstanding balance
  • Amount due for the current cycle

Choose Payment Method

Clients can choose between:

  • EFT via PayFast – secure bank transfer
  • OTT Voucher Payment – redeem a voucher PIN instantly

  5. Transaction Confirmation – Generated once provider verifies; delays may occur.
